Our Emergency Room (ER) and inpatient services are available 24/7. Outpatient Department (OPD) timings vary by consultant but generally run from 08:00am to 09:00pm.

Please bring a valid CNIC/B-form, any previous medical records or prescriptions, and your insurance/panel card if applicable.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers for your convenience.
Visiting hours for admitted patients are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Only one attendant is allowed per patient.

Yes, our in-house pharmacy is open 24/7 to ensure patients have immediate access to authentic and high-quality medicines.
Our laboratory services are available 24/7, including Sundays and public holidays.
Admission requires a referral from our consultant and a completed admission form at the front desk.
We offer Executive Plus, Executive, Private, Room, General Wards and Executive Suites.
Yes, we have a state-of-the-art ICU and NICU (for newborns)
Yes, we follow high-standard sterilization and infection control protocols. Additionally, we use UK-based Bioclad in the OT to ensure patient safety and prevent infections.
The following are the rights of patients/attendees promised by Nazeer Hospital,
- Safety, well-being, and health.
- Special arrangements for the elderly and disabled.
- Confidentiality of personal information.
- To be provided with all details regarding the condition of the patient when asked for.
- Full transparency during medical procedures.
- Access to their medical files whenever demanded.
- To be provided medical treatment unconditionally in the case of an emergency.
- Be treated with respect, empathy and dignity irrespective of age, disability, gender, race, religion, socio-economic status, cultural beliefs, colour, caste and/or creed.
- To be able to file a complaint if they were harmed or harassed by a staff member.
- In the case of an infant or female patient, a female staff member would always be present during an examination procedure or after surgery until a family member can join the patient.
