Dr. Maj Gen (Retd) Abeera Choudry HI(M) is a distinguished gynecologist and obstetrician from Karachi, known for her exceptional academic achievements and passion for women’s health. She earned her MBBS degree at Dow Medical College, securing numerous gold medals. Driven to excel, she became the youngest fellow in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan.
Her pursuit of excellence extended internationally, as she received commendation from the President of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, a unique distinction in the Pakistan Army. Dr. Maj Gen (Retd) Abeera Choudry HI(M) commitment to education led her to acquire the highest PMDC-approved degree in Medical Education, HPE-CPSP.
With over 27 years of dedicated service in the Pakistan Army, Dr. Abeera Choudry has served in various regions, learning local languages to better connect with her patients.
